With sweeping views of Amman, the concert was a perfect blend of history and modern artistry in an extraordinary setting.
Album Filming - Sunrise Performance
In November 2019, Coldplay launched their album Everyday Life with two extraordinary performances at the Citadel in Amman, filmed live and streamed to millions on YouTube. The event was split into two parts, the first was a stunning sunrise set that captured the magic of the early morning over the ancient city.
Sunset Performance
The second was a captivating sunset performance, where the band’s music resonated as the sun dipped behind the historic ruins. Triad worked with Coldplay from start to finish, ensuring every technical and logistical detail was executed flawlessly.
Exclusive Concert
After a full week of preparations at the Citadel, Coldplay capped their stay with an exclusive, sold-out concert. Triad played a key role in organizing the event, providing seamless support for lighting, sound, stage setup, and more. The concert, attended by a select few, was an intimate and unforgettable experience, blending world-class music with the historic beauty of the Citadel.
Behind the Scenes - Setting Up for Success
Triad’s role extended far beyond concert production. Over the course of the week, we managed every aspect of the site, from staging and fencing to lighting, sound, and power generators. Our team worked tirelessly to transform the Citadel into a world-class performance venue, ensuring every detail was perfect for Coldplay’s groundbreaking event.
